This is a personal program to create a new relationship with self. With the intention for you to then play it forward using the Wellness consulting program to assist you in consulting others.

This will be somewhat of a journey for us both. Your program is about you, a process of discovery and understanding. What you do to take care of yourself benefits you and everyone around you.
