PAYA - Passive Assisted Yoga Alignment

 

Learning anything new is like learning a new language. Here we are being introduced to PAYA's language, theory's and modalities. 

PAYA is for everyone whether you choose to be the receiver or the giver you will soon discover they are one in the same.

PAYA is a Physical, Mental, and Spiritual practice, originating from a community of givers and receivers working together.

PAYA builds confidence while teaching others. I teach you what I most need to reinforce in myself.

PAYA removes all labels and judgements is centered in the present moment.  

Our goal is to attain Physical, Mental and Spiritual Alignment.
