Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) addresses the neuromuscular components of pain by finding their origins and performing soft tissue work to release the imbalanced muscles and connective tissue. Utilizing postural evaluation, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and very specific massage to the effected areas, nervous system intensity is reduced so that the body can return to normal integrity and balance.

Craniosacral Therapy uses delicate, noninvasive touch to assist the body's natural healing ability. Following the rhythmical flow of the cerebral spinal fluid, the practitioner detects and assists the release of restrictions. Gentle manipulations of the head, sacrum, and other areas of the body can induce deep relaxation, improve chronic conditions, and release emotional holding as the body's inherent vitality is restored. Tui Na is a Chinese medical massage that includes meridian stimulation (by hand or with acupuncture needles), deep tissue and sports massage, stretching, and other techniques. Using the traditional Chinese medical theory of channels and collaterals, meridians, and qi as its basic therapeutic orientation, Tui Na seeks to establish a harmonious movement of qi through the system, allowing the body to naturally heal itself.

• Holistic Chiropractic

An Integrated Chiropractic Bodywork System

Holistic Chiropractic addresses ineffective patterns in posture and alignment, and looks to improve balance in musculature and movement. It can be thought of as "rebooting" the body, allowing the body's natural state of ease and wholeness to reestablish. This holistic bodywork approach interweaves chiropractic, yoga therapy, and other complementary bodywork methods into a flowing, physical meditation. Please wear loose-fitting clothing and be fragrance-free. This service requires that you fill out a special intake form at least 24 hrs in advance of your session.

  An aura is the field of energy that flows through and around you. With aura imaging you see your energy body and learn what it says about you and any health conditions. Discover the type and function of energy present in specific regions of your brain, chakras, emotional body, and the health level of your aura. You receive a color printout of your aura and a report with detailed interpretation so you can see where you energy is in and out of balance. Brain mapping can take place at the same time as your full body aura image, and includes a color brain image and a detailed interpretation of right brain bioenergies, left brain bioenergies, and integrated brain bioenergies.

Sauna

No charge

A few minutes in the sauna encourages your body to perspire and promotes a thorough cleansing from the inside out. Sauna hours are from noon until 10:30 p.m., with special times for men only or women only (see below).
